PUI currently has a great opportunity for a field sales person to call on accounts in the San Diego territory.

PUI is an authorized stocking electronic component distributor located in Southern California focusing on interconnect, passive and electromechanical components.  PUI is headquartered in Irvine, Ca with additional sales offices located in Milpitas, Ca and Boston, Ma. 

The candidate will be responsible for growing and expanding current business at existing accounts as well as growing and fostering new relationships at new accounts.  The candidate will be teamed with an inside sales staff that will work in conjunction at developing and qualifying new accounts and new opportunities.  In addition to customer relationships, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our manufacturers and manufacturer reps.  We are looking for a self motivated team player who possesses the fire to grow an expanding territory. 

Qualifications:

• Must live in the San Diego territory
• Sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Computer skills including, Word, Excel, Outlook etc..
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building
• Ability to expand and grow new business opportunities within your territory
